  •   turmeric : 1 Teaspoon

  •   Lemon Juice : 1 Tablespoon

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Cut 500g of chicken breast into thin strips.
  • Chop 3 tomatoes and 1 onion finely.
  • Slice 2 green chili peppers.
  • Mince 3 cloves of garlic.

Step 2: Heat the Oil

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 3: Sauté the Onion and Garlic

  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan.
  • Sauté until golden and fragrant.

  • Add the chicken pieces to the pan.
  • Season with 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of curry powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.
