  •   Garlic : 2 clove
  •   Tomato : 1 Piece
  •   Tomato Paste : 1 Tablespoon
  •   Thyme : 1 Teaspoon
  •   Salt : as needed
  •   black pepper : to taste
  •   turmeric : 1/2 Teaspoon
  •   Parmesan : 100 g
  • Mozzarella-
  •   Olive Oil : 2 Tablespoon
  •   Parsley : to taste

Step 1: Prepare the Zucchini

  • Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides with a spoon, leaving a hollow space.
  • Brush the zucchinis with a little olive oil and bake them in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes to soften them slightly.

Step 2: Prepare the Filling

  • In a pan, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil until soft.
  • Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
  • Add the garlic, bell pepper, tomato, zucchini flesh, tomato paste, and spices (oregano, salt, pepper, turmeric). Stir well and cook for 10 minutes.
