  •   Salt : 1 Teaspoon
  •   Olive Oil : 2 Tablespoon
  •   Plain Yogurt : 1 Tablespoon
  •   Spinach : 300 g
  •   Feta : 200 g
  • Beyaz peynir-
  •   Onion : 1 Piece
  •   Parsley : 2 Tablespoon
  •   Chicken Egg : 1 Piece
  •   Red Pepper : to taste
  •   Beef Tallow : to taste
  •   Salt : as needed

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  • Sift 3 cups of wheat flour into a large bowl.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well.
  • Gradually pour in 1 cup of lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Filling

  • Sauté 300g of fresh spinach in a pan with a little olive oil until wilted.
  • Add 1 finely chopped onion and cook until golden.

  • Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
