  •   Dairy Butter : 1 Tablespoon
  •   Cow Milk : 1/2 Cup
  •   Parmesan : 1/2 Cup
  • Mozzarella-
  •   Chicken Egg : 3 Piece
  •   Salt : 1 Teaspoon
  •   black pepper : 1/2 Teaspoon
  •   Garlic Powder : 1/2 Teaspoon
  •   Thyme : 1 Teaspoon
  • Parsley-
  •   Wheat Flour : 1 Cup
  •   Breadcrumbs : 1 1/2 Cup
  •   Frying Oil : as needed

Step 1: Prepare the Potato Mash

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  • Boil them in a pot with water and a pinch of salt until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
  • Drain and mash the potatoes with butter and milk until smooth.
  • Add egg yolk (1 piece), salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and cheese (optional). Mix well.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.

Step 2: Shape the Croquettes

  • Form small balls from the potato mixture. If you want them stuffed, add some cheese in the center of each ball.
  • Roll the balls in flour, dip in beaten eggs(2 pieces), and then coat them with breadcrumbs.
  • Refrigerate the croquettes for another 15 minutes to ensure the coating stays on.

Step 3: Fry the Croquettes

  • Heat oil in a pan to 180°C (356°F).
