  •   Mushroom : 200 g
  •   Parsley : 2 Tablespoon
  •   Chicken Breast : 1 Piece
  •   Salt : to taste
  •   black pepper : to taste
  •   turmeric : to taste
  •   Thyme : to taste
  •   Chicken Egg : 2 Piece
  •   Potato : 2 Piece
  •   Green onions : 2 Piece
  •   Breadcrumbs : 1 Cup

Chicken and Mushroom Patties, a savory blend of tender chicken and earthy mushrooms, perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside!


Recipe :

For 4 people


Step 1: Cook the Chicken and Potatoes

  • Place the chicken, onion, some spices, and water in a pot.
  • Heat over medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Wash the potatoes and add them whole to the pot to cook along with the chicken.

Step 2: Shred the Chicken and Prepare the Vegetables

  • Once cooked, remove the chicken and potatoes from the pot.
  • Shred the chicken into small pieces.
  • Peel the potatoes and grate them.
  • Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Step 3: Sauté the Mushrooms

  • Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the mushrooms and stir until the water from the mushrooms evaporates and they are sautéed.

Step 4: Prepare the Mixture

  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped green onions, parsley, grated potatoes, eggs, spices, and breadcrumbs.
  • Mix well and add the sautéed mushrooms to the mixture.

Step 5: Shape and Fry the Croquettes

  • Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into patties using your hands.
  • Fry the patties until one side is golden and crispy.

Step 6: Flip and Cook the Other Side

  • Carefully flip the patties to cook the other side until it is crispy and the croquette is fully cooked.
