Step 3: Assemble the Curry Puffs

  • Place some filling in the center of each circle.
  • Fold the edges and seal them using a fork.

Step 4: Cooking

Frying Method
  • Deep fry the curry puffs in hot oil until golden brown.
Baking Method
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  • Place the curry puffs on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
