I’m Golnaz Rahmani, and my passion for cooking began in my childhood, when I would watch my mother prepare traditional Persian dishes with love and care. Growing up in Iran, I was deeply influenced by the rich culinary heritage of my country, and over time, this interest became my profession. I pursued culinary arts both in Iran and abroad, learning not only the intricacies of Persian cuisine but also international techniques.
